The SHPE Conference offers a variety of workshops/seminars to enhance your skills at work led by a variety of excellent presenters with vast experience and knowledge. Leadership, technical tools, career enhancement, professional development, planning for your future - all are topics covered during the workshops offered at the 2008 SHPE Conference. In addition, its an excellent opportunity for professionals to network with other professionals with jobs and companies during the career expo.

Remember you must be paid SHPE member to participate in the conference. If not, please register on OneSHPE and select the "Silicon Valley" professional chapter under "Region 1".

The SHPE Conference is the major event for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, Inc. and the largest technical and career conference for Hispanics in the country.

SHPE is presenting an expanded selection of offerings for Professional attendees during the conference. New choices include Continuous Learning Certification Courses, Green Engineering for a Sustainable Environment, Business Development Track, a new International Track, specialized career efforts targeting our professional members, and finally, a competition for professionals - the Business Development Competition (winning teams receives $10,000).
