Membership Information

  • A Regular Member shall be a person, who at minimum holds a bachelor's degree in any discipline of engineering or science. Six years of experience as an engineer may substitute for the bachelor's degree. A Regular Member shall be entitled to cast 1 vote in elections, and may hold a board position.
  • An Associate Member shall be a person who believes and supports the purpose of SHPE. An Associate Member shall not be entitled to nominate, vote, nor hold a position on the Board.
  • A Recent Graduate shall be a person who has received their degree within the last 6 months.
