2002-2003 SHPE-SV Scholarship

We are pleased to announce that the Silicon Valley SHPE chapter is now accepting applications for its annual Scholarship Awards.

Each applicant is responsible for ensuring than an official college transcript, letter of recommendation, essay and resume are submitted.

Incomplete applications will not be considered! Click here for the application.

Applications shall be evaluated according to the responses given to each of the sections. Each section is weighted as follows:

Section	Maximum Points Possible
Student Essay	40
GPA	20
Letter of Recommendation	15
School/Community Activites	15
Discretionary	10
Total	100

You must be a member of the SHPE student chapter at San Jose State University, Santa Clara University, Stanford University, UC Santa Cruz, or Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in order to qualify for this scholarshop.

The scholarship application must be postmarked by Friday, May 9, 2003. No applications will be accepted with postmarks past this date. Applicants will be notified of the results in June.
